I am excited to be featured as October’s Tea & Talk speaker at the Oshawa Museum. I am highlighting the White Bronze (zinc) monuments in Union Cemetery, the history of these unusual markers, and symbolism found on them.
The Oshawa Museum Tea & Talks are held on the last Sunday of the month.
Tea & scones are served promptly at 1 pm and costs $10 per person, $5 for members of the Oshawa Historical Society.
